Le Bougnat is a family establishment established in the heart of historic Paris, for 3 generations. It was founded in 1948 with the main activities of trading coal and beverages (wines, spirits and lemonade). A traditional Parisian bistro, located a stone’s throw from Notre Dame, Le Bougnat has its roots in the Aveyron department. The friendliness, the quality of the welcome and the products offered are fundamental for the dynamic team listening to its customers 7 days a week.

Eating well is a priesthood in Aveyron, there is no exception at Bougnat. Here, the classic bistro-style catering is simple but of high quality. Also, the selection of products is rigorous and as far as possible in short circuit, even organic. Everything is made on site with fresh products. Traditional dishes, comforting stews, desserts from our grandmothers… so many good reasons to come and visit rue Chanoinesse.
